Fibre cement profiled sheeting is built to last, is economical, and minimizes condensation. These properties, among other benefits, make it highly suitable for farm buildings.
Minimizing condensation for animal welfare
Air circulation is very important in cattle buildings as the livestock produce a lot of heat and moisture. With steel sheeting, warm, moist air condenses on the underside of a roof before dripping onto livestock and bedding, especially in cool weather.
In contrast, our Marley Super 6 fibre cement sheeting has the ability to absorb up to 25% of its weight in moisture before dissipating it in drier, warmer conditions.
