Material Composition
UV Stabilised Wood Composite consisting of a blend of PVC and Wood Flour. The PVC is non-lead stabilised and therefore not toxic.

Marley Eco-Tuff Building Plank
Please note! The rules and methodologies for building timber-frame housing in South Africa are described in SANS 10082:2025. We would highly recommend that you contact the SABS to purchase a copy of the standard and consider making use of a building contractor that is experienced and familiar with all building regulations pertaining to timber-frame buildings.

Marley Eco-Tuff Building Plank is made from recycled wood and plastic. It’s perfect for building walls and floors in homes that are made with wooden frames / prefabricated structures.
Quick to install! After your timber-framing has been completed, simply slide the planks through special clips that are screwed into each frame stud or joist. The corners are finished with a pre-drilled Marley Eco-Tuff corner to finish corners.
The planks have air gaps in the middle, which help keep your house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. This makes it a great way to save energy!
