Material Composition
UV Stabilised Wood Composite consisting of a blend of PVC and Wood Flour. The PVC is non-lead stabilised and therefore not toxic.

- Quick and easy to install - perfect building material for the eager DIY enthusiast. After timber-framing has been completed, simply slide the planks through our special clips that are screwed into each frame stud or joist. The corners are finished with Marley Eco-Tuff corners.
- The planks have air gaps in the centre, creating a thermal break which helps to keep your house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
- Made from recycled plastic composite and wood, Eco-tuff Building Plank is non-combustible and 100% recyclable, making it a great choice for the environment.
- The plank can be left exposed or can be lightly sanded and then painted with Marley's M22 Ultimo Multi-surface Paint, which has excellent adhesion properties.

Please note! The rules and methodologies for building timber-frame housing in South Africa are described in SANS 10082:2025. We would highly recommend that you contact the SABS to purchase a copy of the standard and consider making use of a building contractor that is experienced and familiar with all building regulations pertaining to timber-frame buildings.
