Meet the team:
Ronalda Pillay – Human Resources Director of Marley Roofing
Our very own Human Resources Director has 20 years of solid Human Resources generalist abilities – from recruitment and selection, talent management, job grading, training to many other talents. She is an APSO accredited recruiter that is passionate about youth development and economic empowerment. A registered Skills Development facilitator to an astounding unionised industrial relations practitioner, Ronalda is solutions driven and believes in business partnering with operations to provide excellence. She will head up and co-ordinate the project activities for Phakamisa Empowerment.
Stanley Hlope – Chief Executive Officer of iMbewu Financial Services
Mr Hlope has a career spanning over 15 years in the financial services industry. He was responsible for overseeing and implementing the growth strategy and business development of local and multinational organisations, including IFG Africa, Aon South Africa, NMG Employee Benefits and Alexander Forbes. He identified a need to create a broad-based, black-owned financial services firm to transform the industry and seized the opportunity. A seed was planted and iMbewu Financial Services was born. His role in the project is compensation and benefit consulting.
Peter Erasmus – Director of PE Consulting
With over 15 years of Project Management and 25 years Operations Exposure in a generalist capacity, this role player has skilfully supported the Non-Fuel Connivance Retail (FMCG), Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Casual Dining Restaurant (CDR) Food and Beverage Industry on an Africa / International level and at present is actively performing operational / industrial and human resources business projects for various clients. His acclaimed awards from Famous Brands are Hero of Hero Awards: 2003 to the Be Bold Divisional Award: 2008/2011 just to name a few. Quality Service, Negotiable price, talent to project management are some of the passions of this esteemed Director. His role in the project will be recruitment and selection, together with industrial relations and all operational projects.
Ramari Booi – Director of Khano Consulting
Ramari has built a successful Training and Human Resources Solutions company established in 2013. Before starting Khano Consulting Services, he worked as a Laboratory Technician at Lancet, a Process Improvement Consultant at Renoir South Africa, and then Senior Implementation Consultant at The Effectiveness Company. His qualifications include a BSc Genetics Degree, BSc Genetics (Hons), Certificates in Basics of Total Quality Management and Fundamentals of Project Management. Ramari’s passion lies in educating people about skills and jobs that are scarce and in demand, helping them choose careers that are sustainable and within their areas of passion & interest, and also in helping people get sustainable jobs. His role is the project will be training and development.
